1959 Topps HOF Lot Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Clemente, Maris, Gibson & All PSA 7 or 8

  

This Lot is the Best of Topps 1959. All PSA Graded 7 or Higher with No Qualifiers. This lot of 35 cards has every future Hall of Fame player that (1) played baseball in 1959 and (2) had a 1959 card produced by Topps. Interestingly, some of these ballplayers are in the HOF not because they were great players, but because they were great future Managers e. Dick Williams, Red Schoendienst, Sparky Anderson, and Whitey Herzog.

Included are 4 cards of players that should be in the HOF... Roger Maris, Don Larsen, Billy Martin and Curt Flood. There is no contesting the quality of these cards as each as been professionally graded by PSA Authenticators.

There are no Qualifiers e. Many of these cards have had PSA Holder upgrades this year (Jan/Feb). These are the'Core' player cards from 1959... The players most of the Baby Boomers remember. These are the Value cards. You have the opportunity to add to this collection, keep as an investment or to break up and disperse. The other cards in the 1959 Topps set are generally 2nd and 3rd Tier in Value or Demand.

These cards are the High Demand ones. If you are 65 years or older, these are the players who you listened to on the radio when you went to bed at night in 1959. You might remember summer lightening storms outside your bedroom window while listening to Harry Carey babble about our Cardinals or the way Vin Skully could spin a yarn with his Dodgers. It was a time of youth and innocence that these cards recapture.

Only flaw is a small fissure (1/2 inch) on plastic casing reverse side of Enos Slaughter. Fissure is not on exterior of case but inside...
