1962 Topps Baseball Complete Set (598) Mantle Clemente Overall Ex/ex+ Nice

  

VERY NICE 1962 TOPPS BASEBALL CARD COMPLETE SET OF 598. TONS OF STARS AND HALL OF FAMERS INCLUDING MARIS, MANTLE, CLEMENTE, ETC. HARD TO FIND IN NICE SHAPE. Overall I would call it EX/EX+ (my OPINION, yours may vary).

Lots of variation from mostly VG to NRMT with the majority in the VGEX to EX range. I would say about 50% of the set is EX or better cards, a large amount of those being crisp, almost pack fresh cards with the usual 62 centering issues. The rest is a combination of VG to VGEX ones due to the tough brown borders, with the occasional one below VG. All in all it shows very nicely! High numbers follow suit pretty much.

MAJOR STARS GRADE AS FOLLOWS. Maris EX (corner wear, off center). Koufax EX/EX+ (corner wear, off center). Clemente VG- (rounded corners, crease).

Mantle Manager's Dream VGEX+/EX (corner wear, one dinged corner on upper right). Musial EXMT+ oc (nearly pack fresh, off center). Perry RC EX/EX+ (corner wear, off center). Mantle EX- (nice card, top right corner slightly dinged otherwise EX+ or better). Torre RC appears VGEX+/EX (crisp card with sharp corners, surface wrinkling on left side, paper loss on back).

Mays EX/EX+ (corner wear only). Aaron EX- (corner wear, off center).

Brock RC VGEX+/EX (corner wear, light surface crease on back otherwise looks EX+). Yaztrzemski EX (corner wear only). Mantle AS EX/EX+ (corner wear with dinged bottom right, off center). Uecker RC EXMT (light corner wear only). Pepitone RC VGEX/VGEX+ (corner wear, light corner wrinkle).

Rest of cards follow suit more or less. LOTS of sharper looking ones. Overall MID-HIGHER GRADE displayed in nice clear sheets. Please look at pictures and you'll see for yourself.
