1960 Topps Baseball COMPLETE SET (1-572) Excellent Condition! Crease Free
Here I have a mid grade VGEX-ExMt range 1960 Topps Baseball COMPLETE SET (1-572). The 1960 Topps Set contains 572 horizontally-oriented cards. This year is loaded with subsets, such as the: Rookie Stars (117-148), Managers (212-227), All-Star Rookies (316-325), World Series Highlights (385-391), Coaches (455-470), and All-Stars (553-572). The 1960 Topps high number series, which is more difficult to find, begins with card #507. The 1960 Topps set is very popular among collectors due to its innovative looks, design and affordability.
The key rookie cards include: #136 Jim Kaat, #148 Carl Yastrzemski and #316 Willie McCovey. Especially the pictures as to what I personally consider each grade to be. So YOU be the judge!
The star cards are mostly closer to the VGEX-Excellent area, and commons and minor stars are mostly closer to ExMt condition. I would personally say 40-50% of the cards are in ExMt condition some better! , 40-50% are in Ex / Excellent condition, and 10%-15% at the most are in VGEX condition. Other than maybe 10-15 or so cards, this set is CREASE FREE.
There are 4-5 stars pictured (including Willie Mays) that have a small crease or surface wrinkle see VGEX image! I have flawless feedback and primarily sell vintage cards.
