VERY NICE MID GRADE 1964 TOPPS COMPLETE BASEBALL SET WHICH INCLUDES MANTLE, ROSE, MARIS AARON, MAYS, KOUFAX, ETC AMONG OTHERS. TOUGH TO FIND IN NICE SHAPE. Overall set condition is a NICE VGEX in my opinion (YOURS MAY VARY), perhaps closer to VGEX+.

Condition varies throughout from mostly VG to EX with a good assortment of variation up and down and a small number of fillers. I would ESTIMATE about 70-75% VG to VGEX, 5-10% EX, 10-15% G Overall a good assortment.

Major starts grade as follows. Mantle VG (corner wear, print spots, light creasing by top left corner).

Clemente EX/EX+ (fairly crisp card, couple print spots by left edge). Rose VG/VG+ (off center, corner wear, faint surface wrinkling).

Mays G (off center, rounded corners, tiny creases by bottom edge). Koufax G/VG- (corner wear, wax spots, creasing). Aaron VG/VG+ (corner wear, light print spots, surface crease). Maris VG- (corner wear, slight surface wrinkle). Banks G/VG (corner wear, surface wrinkling). Brock VGEX+ (corner wear, some fading by lower right and on the back). Similar stars grade more or less around the same way. Several cards have minor writing on them. Due to the grade, lots of cards will have wrinkles/creases and centering issues. The high numbers are in about the same overall shape, with a good deal of variation up and down. Hard to find out there in higher grade without paying several thousand. Priced fairly for a collector to enjoy, or break it apart, get cards graded and use it as an investment. Perfect as a gift for friends or family. Please look at pictures carefully and ask any and all questions beforehand.
