Awesome Cigar Box Find(6) 1954 Topps #128 Hank Aaron RC CENTERED MINT STUNNING. Nearly 100 years of collecting, as my father started collecting in 1920, with my brother starting in 1953, and I started in 1963. A few years ago, as we're cleaning out mom and dad's house, we came across 6 old cigar boxes full of baseball cards. These were either my father's or my brother's cards, as I had never seen them before. There were over 2000 cards in these cigar boxes.

There were many commons in the group, with approximately 800 star cards. They have been stored in mom's closet for over 60 years. The condition of the cards range from EXMT to MINT.

I have decided to sell these 600 star cards separately. I absolutely warrant that these baseball cards are original, authentic, and unaltered. We do not sell reprints or reproductions of any kind....

NOTE: Offered here is a stunning example of a. 1954 Topps #128 Hank Aaron PACK FRESH ROOKIE CARD. RAZOR SHARP CORNERS AND EDGES WITH BEAUTIFUL COLOR. What you see in the scan is what you get... I do not warrnt or in any way represent what grade a third party grading company will assign.... I do, however, warrant that all my cards are authentic and unaltered, and will receive a numeric grade if sent in to a reputable grading company. THIS THE ONLY CARD BEING OFFERED IN THIS SALE..... PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR OTHER AUCTIONS. I hope these answers clear up these questions.. I also understand, however, human nature being what is, there is always going to be a percentage of people who are still skeptical, and for those folks, no answer would suffice. With that being said, please read below.... Question : How is possible that every card in these cigar boxes are nearly perfectly centered? Answer: It's not possible. I still have hundreds of these cards that are not well centered at all... That is why only centered cards for sale. Question : If these cards are so nice, why don't you grade them yourself?

Answer : I'm 64 years old, I don't do this for a living, and I have resisted grading cards all these years.... However, I let everybody know that all bets are off once it is sent in for grading(unless of course, it comes back as altered or not authentic).. Every card I have in my possession from my childhood, and certainly the ones from the cigar boxes, have been in our family for over 50 years. I don't need to squeeze every last cent out of what has been my good fortune. Also, I simply do not grade cards.

I do not like what grading has done to a once pure hobby. We have arrived at a point where the grade has become more important than the card.

And, the expense of grading cards has also become prohibitive, not to mention the wait time involved.. Every baseball card in existence was raw at some point. Meaning, of course, cards were raw before they were graded.

My point being, just because the card is not graded, does not necessarily indicate the card is not of the highest caliber. I'm here to tell you, these cards are absolutely gorgeous.

In closing, please look at my feedback specific to the sale of these cards. My customers have been overwhelmingly satisfied with these incredible cards.
